Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted for standard orders. However, in exceptional circumstances where a return is permitted, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate the return process. Once we approve your return request, you will have 14 days from the approval date to return the items.

Defects must be reported within 30 days of installation. Warranty claims may be made during the applicable warranty period as specified in your order confirmation.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs depend on the reason for return:

  • Manufacturing defects or our errors: We will cover all return shipping costs
  • Customer error or change of mind: You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless otherwise specified
  • Damaged in transit: Shipping costs will be handled in accordance with our shipping insurance policy

Return shipping must be arranged through our customer service team to ensure proper handling and tracking. We recommend using insured shipping with tracking for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Custom-made products that have been manufactured to your specific measurements
  • Products that have been installed, used, or altered
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear
  • Products returned beyond the specified timeframe
  • Items without original packaging or documentation
  • Products where the return is due to customer-provided incorrect measurements

Because all Zlaxyronux blinds and curtains are custom-made to your specific measurements and fabric selections, they are generally not eligible for return or exchange. Each piece is manufactured specifically for your windows and cannot be resold. We encourage you to carefully review all specifications, measurements, and fabric samples before placing your order.

General Legal Requirements

This return policy complies with applicable consumer protection laws in the United States. In accordance with state and federal regulations:

  • You have the right to receive products that match their description and are free from defects
  • We will honor warranty obligations as specified in our warranty coverage
  • Defective products will be repaired, replaced, or refunded at our discretion
  • All returns are subject to verification of the condition and reason for return

Defective Products

If your custom window coverings arrive with manufacturing defects or damage, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for inspection and, if a defect is confirmed, we will repair or replace the affected items at no charge. Defects must be reported within 30 days of installation.

Measurement Errors

If there is an error in the measurements provided by our team during the professional measurement service, Zlaxyronux will remake the products at no additional cost. Customers who provide their own measurements are responsible for accuracy, and remakes due to customer measurement errors will incur additional charges.

Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order under the following conditions:

  • Before production begins: Full refund minus a small administrative fee (typically 5% of the order value)
  • After production starts: Cancellations are not possible as materials may have been ordered and cutting may have commenced
  • After production is complete: Cancellations are not accepted; products must be delivered as ordered

Refund Process

  • You will receive an email confirmation when the refund has been processed
  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider

If your refund request is rejected, we will explain the reason and discuss alternative solutions. For defective products covered under warranty, we may offer repair or replacement instead of a refund.

Warranty Coverage

All products from Zlaxyronux include a warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty period varies by product type and is detailed in your order confirmation. Warranty coverage includes repair or replacement of defective components. Normal wear and damage from improper use or installation are not covered.

Color Matching

We make every effort to ensure fabric colors match your sample selection. However, slight variations may occur due to dye lot differences and monitor display settings. We recommend reviewing physical fabric samples in your actual lighting conditions before ordering. Color variations within acceptable industry standards are not considered defects.

Inspection Upon Delivery

Please inspect your order carefully upon delivery and before installation. If you notice any damage or discrepancies, document them with photos and contact us within 48 hours. Once products are installed, claims for visible defects may not be accepted.
